- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been contacting this office to pay my father's insurance every month and never had an issue until today. Morgan was very rude because she could not find his policy. I asked why she was projecting her tone of voice with me and she repeatedly kept getting an attitude with me because she could notnfind the policy. As a business owner, it is imperative that the face of your company is a person who reflects the owner's personality and appreciation for clients. I asked to speak with the agent, and I was unable to do so. Maybe I caught her on a wrong day, but there are no wrong days in business. I have never had an issue before and I'm disgraced at the service received. I will never contact this office again and I'm sure it may not matter to you.
