- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you pay your loan on time, everything is fine. But as soon as you fall behind one payment, they become rude and harass you(pop up at your house etc...) this is a loan place I DEFINITELY WILL NOT do business with again, nor will I refer somebody to this place. I really don't want to judge the company off the attitude and professionalism of it's employees...but hey, you hired them. I don't know how other locations are because I've only had dealings with the one in Bessemer. If you plan on starting a loan process with them, I advise you to try a different company..or a different location.By Patricia Ward, February 09, 2017
